Follow the airport signs to I-275 South (St. Petersburg). Continue on I-275 for 38 miles. Exit left ramp to I-75 South (Naples). Take Exit 213 and turn right onto University Parkway. Continue on University Parkway for 6 miles. Turn left into Hyatt Place at the stoplight at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport entrance.
